Joyce Small paints primarily, females as a metaphor for the feminine energy in each of us.

She feels that in today’s world it is important to bring into awareness our feminine energy from the heart to balance the masculine energy.

She believes in the Unity of all life, that there is only one God, one Spirit, one Consciousness.  By bringing our feminine energy into our awareness, she hopes that we will be inspired to live from the truth of our hearts.
